GOOGLED THIS FAN, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T EVEN TRUST AMAZON WHEN IT COMES TO THE LIST PRICE DISCOUNT. FOUND THE SAME FAN AT TARGET FOR 59.OO. RATINGS CLAIM IT DOESN'T HAVE A TILT, JUST OSCILLATES LEFT AND RIGHT. HOUSING IS MOSTLY PLASTICK EVEN THOUGH IT CLAIMS TO BE ALL METAL.
